If you are a fan you need to show it off in style.

You can easily create your own in-verse costume look. Either buy a set of your favorite character, show at Disney online or at a park, or look for something that looks like Star Wars.

Before the festivities for the birth of the Chosen One begins you need proper preparations with an Advent Calendar.

Thankfully, kind and generous and fun loving friends gave me a countdown to Christmas Star Wars one. It is filled with all kinds of delightful surprises.

Patience is a Jedi virtue.

The Christmas in the Stars album may seem like a little trite, but it's actually well conceived and executed.

C-3PO and R2-D2 are reminiscing what the celebration of Christmas is about and help S Clause and his elf droids bring cheer abound the world.

As told, the production came together rather quickly. Anthony Daniels shines in his role as MC. There could have been more guest appearances than Chewy and Jon Bon Jovi. But the catchy songs have fun lyrics. And it can really brighten your spirits. It's become part of my annual tradition.

The album cover was created by none other than Ralph McQuarrie who did much of the original concept artwork for George Lucas.

Life Day

What was and is a Wookie holiday became a celebration of life, family and joy across the whole Galaxy.

Life Day was first introduced to us in the SW Holiday Special.

Chewbacca and his family are trying to unite for their celebration on the planet Kashyyyk despite the dangers of the Empire. And who would not want to don on a red roble, sing with the late Carrie Fisher (our Princess Leia), and hold a blue shiny globe? I'll toast to that.

I enjoy celebrating Life Day with my friends of the Discord Galaxy Edge fan group by watching the in-famous special together.

A long time ago ... The book Life Day Treasury is a collection of short stories centered around the holiday with different new characters in interesting situations on a variety of locations from the core to the outer rim.

★ On planet Earth, Life Day is celebrated on November 17, the day the SW special originally aired.
